Foodtrip! - Bigoli

Aloha!

Eto, kasi nung early March, while I was enjoying my day off. Go fight na.

Haha! Napagastos ng wala sa oras. Haha!

Anyway, ayun nga, dun kami kumain sa Bigoli at since first time ko dun iblablog ko experience ko dun! Hahaha! Labo ko ba? Uulitin ko ha, blog ko to. Walang pakialamanan. Hahaha! De joke.

Ayun. In fairness naman dun sa place, well lighted sya. Maliwanag. Maganda din ambiance. Meron ding place for those na naninigarilyo and for those na hindi. We ordered Spaghetti Bolognese with pizza and chicken.

Anyway, it is a place na sakto lang. I still go for pastas na much tastier. Yung pizza nila, sakto lang din. Pero still, I would rather go to other restos na may tastier pizza.

Yun lang, since nun lang ulit kami nagkita kita, we enjoyed ourselves na lang through kwento and took loads of pictures! Hahaha!

Thy Nurses

Wazzup people!

Hay nako, alam kong matagal na tong issue na to, pero I will not have my piece of peace hanggat di ako nakakapag sentimyento.

I am a nurse and ofcourse I am working as a nurse.

Oh diba? Nung napanood ko to, my goodness, feeling ko umabot sa Mt.Everest  yung kilay ko. Never ko inexpect from a running candidate (who need votes) yung mga salitang yun. Diba? Ay nako. super kainis.

Nakakainis dun kasi, room nurse tawag nya samin. Di daw kailangang magaling ang nurse. Nako madam! We, nurses, work hand in hand along with the other members of the health care team. Doctors are the leaders while us, nurses, are the managers. We deal with the daily management of your health. Dapat parehas magaling doktor at nurse mo. And for your information, ang potassium chloride po is very harmful if not used properly.

Though kung tutuusin, I am not really convinced in voting her kahit noon pa so her statement made me decide talaga na hindi ko sya iboboto. Tsaka bakit sya tatakbo diba? Porque di nanalo so Manny Villar?

Day with my bestfriend (tattoo and food express)

Hello there beloved readers! Sorry ngayon lang ulit nakapag blog.. medyo busy tsaka nung nagka time naman ako to blog, (at meron akong iblablog) saka naman nasira tong pc namin. *sigh*

Anyway, gawa naman na sya at ang importante is that Im here to blog again! Yey! ;)

How do I start? Hmm. (Naninibago lang? Haha! HAHA!)

Ayun, so diba February is my birth month. My bestfriend asked me before pa kung kelan daw ako free so we could celebrate my birthday. E, medyo busy ako tsaka during my birthday itself, nasa "outerspace" (outerspace - out of town/ out of the country. Basta malayo. We finally found time (and ginawan ko talaga ng paraan kasi naman treat nya. sayang naman! Hahaha!) nung late February na! Kaya ayun. And since medyo matagal na din kami di nagkita, sinulit na namin ang lakad namin. Haha! Oha!

Ayun, (from my duty) pumunta kami muna sa tattoo shop ng friend nya (Wicked Ink Tattoo shop with Sir John as the owner and main tattoo artist) at nagpatattoo sya. Tagal na nya actually plano yun. She wanted to cover her surgical scar due to appendectomy kaya nagpatattoo sya. I think it turned out well kasi it hid her scar almost perfectly. I was almost convinced na din nga para magpatattoo kaso kasi I am more inlove with donating my blood and somehow "save" others than the idea of expressing myself through tattoo. (Kasi very seldom na they allow people with tattoo to donate blood because of the higher risk of having blood related diseases na pwedeng matransfer nga through blood) Wala din naman kasi akong scar na itatago so its not really a NEED for me to have one. Kaya naisip ko, papa-henna nalang ako! Haha! Anyway at saka kasi diba kaya I was almost convinced kasi we thought (for those na unaware of the tattooing process) na sobrang sakit ng pagpapa tattoo.

Side kwento lang, diba K (I call Kean Cipriano po as "K" para sa di nakakaalam) and Tatsi have their own tattoo shop which is StarInk. I was convincing my bestfriend before pa lang na dun nalang nga sa StarInk magpatattoo kaso she already knew Sir John e kaya syempre yun mas kilala nya dun sya nagpatattoo. Haha! And ofcourse, you guys know perfectly my intention why I tried to convinced her. Haha!

My bestfriend's tattoo. See? It almost perfectly hid her scar.
I bet you wouldn't even realize she has a scar if I haven't told you so. :)

See? My bestfriend even had time to smile. Haha!

Oha! Yan ba ang nasasaktan? Nakatulog pa! Haha!
De joke, break yan. Nagtetext pa si Sir John Haha!

Ayun, after that dumerecho kami sa MOA to have dinner. Eh I was really craving for Japanese food most especially of any sushi kaya we tried to look for one other that Sakae (Eh kasi diba dun literal na puro sushi lang, di sulit). Then she told me nga why dont we try sa Yabu: House of katsu. Pag pasok namin sa loob very relaxing ng place at saka gutom na kami parehas non kaya kahit nalungkot kami to find out na wala palang sushi dun, dun nalang kami kumain.

Yabu: The house of Katsu <3

Anyway, we enjoyed the place. Infairness medyo madami pa din tao kahit malapit na magclosing pero not to the point naman na super siksikan. It actually made me think na masarap nga siguro talaga dito. :)

Obviously, ordering palang nageenjoy na kami Haha!

Infairness din very courteous yung mga servers. The moment we approached the door, may nag-entertain agad samin. Very accomodating din sila kasi when we asked ano meaning ng "yabu" she gladly answered that it is "82" (or "85" haha sorry i forgot. basta may "8") - a lucky number in Japan.

It didnt took long before we were handed over our orders. My bestfriend ordered  Chicken (I think or Pork?) Katsu set while I had the Original Katsudon Set. The server asked us kung familiar na daw ba kami with the sauce and gladly introduced it to us when we said no. She taught us how to prepare our "sauce". We were asked to grind the sesame seeds using a pestle. Then told us to pour 2-3 scoops of their special sauce depending on our taste (sorry I really forgot kung ano tawag dun sa sauce na yun! Haha! Kasi nga diba matagal na to bago ko nai-blog. Haha!) Mix it and dip our katsu there.

The ritual: Grind. Pour. Mix. Dip.
(sorry kung walang picture for the Dip haha! forgot eh. We were busy eating na kasi that we forgot to take picture)

My bestfriend's order
Forgot if it was Chicken or Pork. Haha!
Chicken/Pork Katsu Set

My order
Original Katsudon Set

Their sets are composed of unlimited rice, miso soup, appetizers and cabbage. Super sarap nung cabbage especially with its special sauce. Oh my. Nagugutom ulit ako! Haha!

Luckily, we were able to resist the food for a while and took pictures muna. <3

Eto, honestly, nung umoorder palang kami, when I saw the menu, naisip ko. Ay parang breaded meat lang pala dito. Walang variety. Pero the moment I tasted their katsu.. geez. I was captured. Seriously! Masarap super! I almost cannot stop eating while my bestfriend kept on asking our server for cabbage refill. Ramdam mo in every bite yung lasa. Fresh. Tasty. Worth it.

See? We still took pictures kahit may laman pa bibig ko. Haha! Sorry! It was so tasty for me to resist.

before. during. after. LOL solved!
It was really a fun experience. The moment we started eating, we concluded agad na kakain ulit kami don. I also searched kung meron ba silang mas malapit na branch from our home para I could easily go there and to my happiness, I found out na mag oopen sila soon sa SM North Edsa The Block! Yey! I cannot wait! For sure Ill invite my other friends to dine there again.

The man. The master of Katsu!
